Everything a booking link should do
And nothing that gets in the way of the person booking.
Availability that matches how you talk
Weekdays, weekends, one particular Wednesday, or only during a launch window. Carve out lunch and block holidays without touching the rest of the week.
Never double-booked
Your connected calendar is checked on every request, and again in the instant before a booking is confirmed. A meeting accepted seconds ago closes the slot.
Only the time that is taken
A 30-minute event removes a 30-minute slot, not your whole day. Days close only when they genuinely cannot be booked, and always say why.
Ask what you need to know
Add your own questions to the booking form: text, dropdowns, checkboxes, dates. Answers arrive with the booking and in every webhook.
Webhooks your app can read
A signed POST the moment a meeting is booked, cancelled or moved, carrying the invitee's email and their answers in a shape you can use immediately.
Built for AI agents
On any paid plan, an MCP server and a full REST API let an assistant create and adjust meeting links from a plain-language request, scoped to exactly what your token allows.
Questions people ask
Everything below is how WaitForMe actually behaves today.
Is WaitForMe free?
Yes. The free plan has up to 5 booking links, calendar sync, calendar invitations, reminders and webhooks. Paid plans add unlimited links, the REST API and MCP server for AI agents, Zoom and Google Meet links, your own logo and email address, and team scheduling.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Zoho Calendar, Apple iCloud and any other CalDAV server such as Fastmail or Nextcloud, plus read-only calendar links (.ics).
How does it stop double bookings?
Your connected calendar is read before any time is offered, and checked again in the instant before a booking is confirmed. A meeting accepted seconds earlier closes the slot.
Do invitees need an account?
No. They open your link, pick a time and confirm. A calendar invitation is emailed to them straight away.
Can an AI agent book or create meeting links?
Yes, on any paid plan. WaitForMe has a REST API and an MCP server, so an assistant can create and adjust booking links, read availability and fill a booking form from a shared link.
