WWaitForMe

Terms of Service

Last updated 2 October 2026

These terms govern your use of WaitForMe, a scheduling service operated by Vintechnet. By creating an account, booking a meeting through a WaitForMe link, or using the API, you agree to them.

The service

WaitForMe lets you publish booking links, define when you are available, and let other people schedule meetings with you. Where you connect an external calendar, we read its busy times so we do not offer a slot that clashes, and we can add confirmed bookings to it.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate details and keep your password and API tokens confidential.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account or with your API tokens, including anything an automated agent does on your behalf.
  • Tell us promptly at ganesan@vintechnet.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, through the service.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, or use booking links to harass, deceive or impersonate.
  • Collect personal information through booking forms that you have no lawful basis to collect, or that you do not need.
  • Probe, overload or interfere with the service, or try to reach data belonging to other accounts.
  • Resell or redistribute the service other than as agreed with us in writing.

Your content and your invitees

You keep ownership of everything you put into WaitForMe. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store it, display it on your booking pages, and send it where you direct, such as your webhook endpoints and connected calendars.

When you ask invitees for information through a custom booking form, you are the party responsible for that data. You must have a lawful basis for collecting it, tell people what you will do with it, and honour their requests about it. We process it on your behalf.

Third-party services

Connecting a Google Calendar is subject to Google’s own terms. We handle Google user data as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can revoke our access at any time from your Google account. If you send bookings to a webhook endpoint, whatever happens to that data once it arrives is between you and the operator of that system.

Availability

We work to keep WaitForMe running and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduling depends on external calendar providers, networks and your own configuration. Cross-check anything that genuinely matters. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vintechnet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, nor for lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising out of your use of the service — including any missed, duplicated or incorrectly scheduled meeting. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vintechnet against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of the law, including claims brought by your invitees about information you collected from them.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using WaitForMe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that poses a risk to the service or its users, or where the law requires it. On closure your booking links stop accepting bookings and your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will publish the updated version here and change the date at the top before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vintechnet is established, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that jurisdiction.
